A unique pop-up dining restaurant featuring a Malt Room, nestled within the diverse culinary experience of the multidisciplinary space. Multidisciplinary space
During the daytime, the dining area transforms into a vibrant space for cooking classes and becomes an elegant fine-dining restaurant at night. The extravagant volume of the brass shell serves as both a feature element and a wine bottle display, complementing the mirror wall of the display kitchen.
Dynamic and inviting environment
The Malt Room on the upper level functions as a sophisticated conference room for stakeholder meetings and provides a cozy, intimate atmosphere for private tastings and gatherings. It contrasts with the bright, airy dining area by offering warmth through its wooden interiors.
