The crux of the design stems from the rich tapestry of local crafts found in Hampi. Weaving these traditional crafts into a modern context, we aim to create an environment that feels both authentic and sophisticated.
The hotel interiors in Hampi are a celebration of Culture (local crafts), Architecture, and the mesmerizing landscape (nature). By blending tradition with modernity, we aim to create a space that not only provides comfort and luxury but also serves as a gateway for guests to connect with the rich cultural and living heritage of Hampi
Creating an experience
The use of natural materials mirrors the undulating landscapes, creating an immersive experience for guests. Large windows and open spaces provide panoramic views of the surrounding beauty, connecting the interiors with the external environment. This is a crucial aspect from interiors point of view.
Design inspired by the context
Drawing inspiration from the natural and cultural hues of Hampi, the color palette of the hotel interiors is a harmonious blend of neutral tones and vibrant accents. Beige and yellow tones are reminiscent of the boulders, while bright blue hues bring in the freshness of the Hampi sky. The dramatic sunsets serve as inspiration for accent colors, and vibrant landscape bring in the tones of balanced green, adding a touch of warmth and drama to the interior spaces.
